Overview
We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing to lead the retail marketing strategy and consumer journey for our retail stores. This role will lead two retail marketing teammates who complete seasonal marketing plans aligned with product priorities to boost traffic and conversion for the retail channel. Reporting to the Senior Director, AMS Marketing, you'll collaborate closely across teams in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment.
This role may be based in our Broomfield, CO or Westwood, MA office.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead a complete retail marketing vision and strategy. This includes long-range planning beyond promotional or seasonal calendars.
- It covers multi-season roadmaps connecting brand ambition to business growth targets.
- Demonstrated experience modernizing the in-store and retail marketing experience (e.g., digital integration, experiential retail, personalization) in support of driving store traffic.
- Communication capabilities that demonstrate examples of cross-functional partnership in Go-to-Market approach with digital compliments, visual merchandising adjacencies and progressive brand activations.
- Prior experience leading a team of 1-2 people to develop and finish coordinated retail marketing campaigns. This involves in-store promotions, signage, services, experiences, and events that boost store traffic and generate return on investment for the retail channel.
- Ability to localize and scale - can develop frameworks that maintain global brand consistency while allowing for local consumer and retail nuances.
- Lead a full retail marketing calendar through cross- functional collaboration, aligning brand strategy and key product stories and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Creative, Digital, Media, PR and Store Operations to deliver cohesive Omni-channel campaigns.
- Executive-level storytelling – demonstrated ability to synthesize performance and analytics and translate into actionable retail marketing investments that deliver measurable value.
- Supporting team in leading agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality creative, activation production and timely execution.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- At least 9+ years of DTC marketing experience, preferably in footwear or consumer brands.
- Proven success building and developing retail brand strategies that can translate into seasonal campaigns that drive measurable sales performance.
- Creative problem solver who pushes for new ways to express brand storytelling in physical environments.
- Strong leadership, team management, presentation and budget management skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
- Stay curious about retail trends and competitors to strengthen brand connection.
- Champion growth by identifying business opportunities, improving processes, and sharing best practices across teams.
- Skilled at influencing and building alignment among stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments, and passionate about the brand.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.

Salary or Pay Range: $139,000 - $149,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
