Overview

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketplaces & Etail Planning. This individual is responsible for partnering with Global Digital Merchandising, Global MFP, and Regional Planning partners to build digital strategies in support of revenue and brand goals. This role works cross-functionally to align on seasonal strategic direction for the channel including thoughtful segmentation and investment and market guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Reviews and approval annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales, profit and inventory projections to ensure key financial metrics are met for each channel/account.
  • Prepare product financial analyses and reports to understand and explain business trends and performance.
  • Prepare risk and opportunity analysis for monthly S&OP leadership review.
  • Model, analyze, and evaluate impact of key variables (e.g., promotions, marketing campaigns) on business performance.
  • Support weekly trade activities- identify associated risks and opportunities to the business and ensure forecasts and inventory align with business trends.
  • Lead the development of item financial plans to support strategic plans.
  • Lead forecast meetings and processes and decision making for a highly complex business.
  • Provide direction, review and approval of inventory purchases for the business unit.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
  • Build and lead a team to complete business area or category objectives.
  • Mentor team members and provide feedback striven to improve skills, knowledge and work performance.
  • Maintain team motivation and engagement.
  • Evaluate and modify work processes to ensure inventory purchases meet demand for strategic category sales.
  • Lead all aspects of analyses, risk assessment and modeling on inventory plans and business trends.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for planners.
  • Lead the organization towards excellence in digital planning.
  • Drive a cultural shift towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage forecast accuracy and consumer metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish processes and guidelines for the new system implementation of demand, OTB, key account (KA), and all future modules.
  • Continue the migration to BI reporting while standardizing and streamlining the communication model.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 8+ years in planning OTB / Demand forecasting within a digital environment.
  • At least 3+ years of leading others.
  • Strong preference for consumer goods, footwear, or fashion apparel industry, emphasis on direct-to-consumer experience.
  • Experience and success with developing plans and business planning.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with BI skills a plus.
  • Provide clear, well organized strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization across written, verbal and presentation formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority, gain agreement and drive consensus.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven experience in developing and managing processes in a fast-growing business.
  • Ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrixed environment.

Title: Sr. Manager, Marketplaces and Etail Planning 

Salary or Pay Range: $139,000 - $149,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team.
