Overview

The Sr. Manager, Global Integrated Product Marketing - Jibbitz Category is responsible for the strategic development of Jibbitz-focused marketing strategies and campaigns that build awareness, relevance, and desirability at Crocs.
This pivotal new role will be the marketing authority in personalization to drive global product marketing strategy. We are looking for a sound product or integrated marketer with an entrepreneurial approach who knows how to build simple yet impactful strategies and plans for a rapidly growing category.
This person will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Channel Merchandising, Channel Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Consumer Insights, and Regional marketing teams to amplify our brand positioning around self-expression and achieve significant growth objectives in key markets around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy for Jibbitz personalization, including positioning, competitive and consumer knowledge, packaging, channel best practices, regional nuances, communication priorities, etc. in close partnership with Global Product teams to drive long-term category strategies and objectives.
  • Strengthen the brand’s connection to culture in key segments like style, street, sport, and adventure.
  • Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies, bringing fresh, exciting marketing ideas to the forefront of our planning.
  • Create a globally relevant Jibbitz marketing playbook to communicate strategies, KPIs, and plans to a wide range of audiences, partnering closely with regional teams in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the US to localize plans based on market insights and analytics.
  • Partner with the Product team on global Jibbitz reporting to identify key wins and findings, and apply those findings to current and future strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights on Personalization learning agenda to better understand our consumers.
  • Develop compelling seasonal campaigns in partnership with Product and Brand Integrated Marketing teams, including strategy, ideation, activation, and reporting.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, ensuring projects stay on track with seasonal timelines and processes.
  • Manage agency partners from ideation through execution when needed.
  • Lead special projects as needed around key brand opportunity areas or strategies.

What You'll Bring to the Table

•    BS or BA or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field; MBA is a plus. Equivalent professional experience is also accepted.
•    Minimum of 8 years of applicable marketing experience, minimum of 3 years leading others.
•    Strong background in product and/or category marketing; global lifestyle brand is a plus.
•    Proven ability as a team player, collaborator, and culture contributor with unparalleled work ethic, dedication to getting things done, and the ability to translate ideas into digestible, strategic plans.
•    Robust experience connecting brands and products to culture in unique and memorable ways.
•    Ability to partner with global and regional cross-functional teams to move projects and initiatives forward in changing and ambiguous environments against tight timelines.
•    Deep understanding of marketing channel strategies and experience with integrating category and marketing plans across a variety of channels, including eCommerce, retail, wholesale, paid, social, influencer, PR, etc.
•    Experience measuring the efficiency of campaigns and strategies, presenting a clear narrative to cross-functional teams and leadership, and actioning the takeaways.
•    Deep commitment to mentoring and developing a team that delivers results, and equally important, fosters a dynamic where the team takes pride in their work while fun along the way.
•    Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate, including international competence, with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally.
•    Experience with go-to-market process and milestones.
•    Experience with international marketing and markets outside the US.

Salary or Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
