What You'll Do
- Have a passion for Street Culture, Hype Culture, Sport Culture, and Style.
- A forward-thinking design aesthetic, high taste level.
- Under the direction of the Director of Color, Materials, Graphics, deliver compelling designs that surprise and delight our consumer.
- Deliver concepts, designs, details, materials and technical drawings for all projects in a timely manner.
- Partner closely with product development to maniacally obsess the details to ensure our product is delivered on time and meets our highly critical execution standards.
- Continuously develop new, compelling ideas.
- Partner with Category Management team(s) to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment that meet the global business needs.
- Demonstrate a passion for the most forward-thinking global consumers and brands, turning insight into action appropriately for the Crocs brand.
- Capture movement of global trends through relevant market travel, trade shows, social and web research.
- Sweat the small stuff, be maniacally detailed and knowledgeable about all aspects of the personalization business.
- Strong color sensibility & deep cultural awareness

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial, apparel or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant design experience with 3 years leading others.
- Graphic design experience in print, pattern, and process.
- Sketching 2D & 3D design program knowledge is a plus.
- Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of construction, patterns and materials.
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally.

Title: Sr. Manager, Color, Materials, and Graphic Design
Salary or Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
