This role is responsible for leading product assortment development and end to end execution, partnering closely with Product Development, Design, and cross functional teams to bring collectible concepts to life. The ideal candidate brings strong product instincts, a deep understanding of pop culture and collector behavior, and a proven ability to manage complex product pipelines from concept through launch.

What You'll Do

  • Define and implement the collectibles product assortment roadmap aligned with the company’s brand and business goals of personalization and self-expression.
  • Be responsible for collectibles product assortments across footwear, Jibbitz™, and accessories, ensuring alignment with brand direction, consumer insights, and business goals.
  • Translate category and partnership strategies into clear product briefs, line plans, and seasonal assortments.
  • Balance creativity, commercial viability, and operational feasibility across all collectible product drops.
  • Lead the end to end product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization, working in close partnership with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Planning.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross functional dependencies to ensure on time, on brief launches.
  • Partner with external suppliers, artists, licensors, and IP holders to develop exclusive collectible products across categories.
  • Partner with merchandising and planning teams on SKU architecture, pricing inputs, and lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with the Personalization team on new product categories and alignments to further grow the Collectibles business.
  • Identify licensing opportunities with entertainment, sports, gaming, and lifestyle brands to expand Collectibles category for Crocs.
  • Support licensed and collaborative collectibles by developing product assortments that align with partner expectations and Crocs brand standards.
  • Collaborate with licensing and brand partnership teams to ensure accurate translation of IP into product form.
  • Ensure all products meet licensing, legal, and brand compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to launch products and campaigns that excite collectors and drive sales.
  • Contribute to storytelling and positioning strategies that appeal to different collector demographics.
  • Lead and mentor at least one direct report or junior team member supporting the collectible's category.
  • Act as the day to day product point person for collectibles, fostering strong relationships across global and regional teams.
  • Operate with agility in a fast moving, evolving category, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, product development, or an equivalent area (MBA a plus).
  • 8+ years proven experience in product management, merchandising, or product development, preferably within collectibles, footwear, accessories, toys, or categories influenced by pop culture.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product assortments and execution across multiple product types.
  • Solid understanding of collector communities, fan engagement, and limited edition product dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex product calendars.
  • Highly organized, diligent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting product direction to senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with global entertainment, sports, or lifestyle licensors.
  • Familiarity with footwear and accessories product creation processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product pipelines.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
