We are looking for a Sr. Licensing Manager, Brand Partnership, who is an agile teammate to join us in bringing consumer-first products to the evolving global marketplace and support both the Crocs and Hey Dude brands. You will be leading our Brand Partnerships business development.
This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will utilize effective communication & organizational skills to support the business development process as Global Brand Partnerships continues to expand for Crocs, Inc. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Partnerships, as part of the Crocs, Inc. Product Creation organization.
What You'll Do
- Participates in seasonal strategy meetings and helps to identify partners based on team objectives and product initiatives.
- Source new partners and own outreach to new partners with prominence in a range of distribution, spanning from Tier 0 energy distribution and full family brands.
- Pitch new brands and act on behalf of both Crocs and Hey Dude brands. Must be able to speak knowledgeably about each brand, consumer focuses, product priorities, and key distribution channels.
- Act as main point of contact for contract negotiations on behalf of Crocs, Inc., including deal memo and completing application process for all partners from pinnacle brands to major licensors (while working with appropriate Partnership teams, finance teams, and legal teams for input and approval).
- Manages contract amendments and renewals by communicating and coordinating with internal collaborators.
- Introduce Partner to appropriate Partnerships contacts to initiate new vendor set up, packaging requirements, etc.
- Manages end-of-life strategy with Collaboration teams and internal collaborators (i.e. Global Merchandising, Regional teams, Global Planning, etc.) to trigger process for discounting, contract expiration, terminations, sell-offs, etc.
- Responsible for entire Manufacturing Agreement process for Crocs, Inc, including communication and coordination with Partner and appropriate sourcing teams for approval from start to finish.
- Responsible for customs letter requirements for Crocs, Inc. by working with Global Trade Compliance, Legal, and Sourcing teams as necessary.
- Maintains records of all contracts, royalty rates, minimum guarantee status, and termination dates (among others), to update collaborators on the progress of all partnerships.
- Handles communication with Global and Regional leadership members and other customers concerning contract details and process.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 8+ years professional experience, including 3+ years of applicable partnerships contract experience.
- Must have existing relationships in the licensing/collaborations industry (great to have connections in fashion, music/talent, and CPG brands).
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience working with legal contracts and contract negotiations.
- Ability to balance needs and requests for multiple collaborators/customers/partners/team members simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and work collaboratively.
- Open to developing new processes when necessary.
- Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Salary or Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
