Overview
Crocs is looking for a Sr. Integrated Marketing Specialist for the Global Integrated Marketing team, with a focus on the Lifestyle category (sandals and sneakers). This role involves supporting product campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, and driving audience engagement. The specialist will coordinate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to assist the Marketing Manager in planning seasonal activations, creating content, developing channel strategies, and reporting results. Ideal candidates should think big, act quickly, and collaborate effectively.
What You'll Do
- Assists Global Integrated Marketing Manager in driving consumer-centric product marketing programs, competitive research, and special projects as needed.
- Effectively activates and coordinates global product marketing strategies, including fully integrated product marketing plans, seamless integration and execution, and channel support throughout the commercialization process. Provides regional marketing support for local adaptation and execution of global strategy.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as Global Product, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to support product launches holistically, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences, specifically for lifestyle categories, like sneakers and sandals.
- Facilitates conversation and collaboration among global, regional, and channel teams with excellent communication skills, ensuring timely sharing of status, results, and ideas surrounding key marketing activations.
- Drafts clear creative briefs and partners with the Global Creative team to ensure timely execution according to the brief. Ensures all marketing plans are globally relevant and regionally adaptable, collaborating with regional peers to localize and adapt plans based on market insights and analytics.
- Develops and institutionalizes content that supports global marketing programs, preparing campaign playbooks and performance reports for various audiences. Manages assigned campaigns, ensuring projects stay on track with seasonal timelines and processes, including the introduction and promotion of new designs in sneakers and sandals.
- Analyzes consumer trends and insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Incorporates a deep understanding of Crocs' consumers and brand into all campaigns.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, focusing on the evolving demands and styles in the lifestyle category.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field.
- At least 2+ years of relevant marketing experience including background working in international marketing; experience working with an apparel or footwear brand preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with and understanding of go-to-market process and marketing channel strategies.
- Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency; must be able to foster and promote a highly collaborative environment.
- Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment, with ability to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Salary or Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
