Overview

The Sr. Global Trade Compliance Specialist at Crocs Inc. is responsible for supporting the end-to-end import process for Crocs while ensuring compliance with trade laws and regulations and aid in functions relating to Harmonized Tariff Classification, Valuation, and Foreign Trade Zone administration.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily US trade operations by maintaining accurate valuation and classification methods according to Customs regulations for imports into US, Canada and Brazil.
  • Assist with monthly post entry audits to ensure broker accuracy for US, Canada and Brazil.
  • Gather monthly import metrics for US, Canada and Brazil trade activity and assist with maintenance of KPIs in Power BI.
  • Support daily admissions, withdrawals, and transfers at our FTZ facility in Las Vegas.
  • Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate FTZ-related filings and audits with CBP, brokers, and internal teams; prepare and submit appropriate Customs documents.
  • Maintain SOPs for trade compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, International Business, or related field preferred; intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • 5+ years of relevant Trade Compliance experience.
  • Experience with Customs compliance or international logistics.
  • Understanding of FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Title: Sr. Global Trade Compliance Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $84,000 - $94,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
