Overview

The Sr. Finance Systems Analyst at Crocs, Inc. focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements, managing projects end to end, overseeing change management, and providing ongoing system and business support. The role primarily supports the Enterprise Digital landscape and its integration with financial reporting and accounting systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Accounting and FP&A, solid analytical and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business models.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and drive process and system improvement opportunities across all accounting and FP&A functions, primarily within the Digital space.
  • Propose and advocate for optimal and technology solutions that align business needs with system capabilities.
  • Partner with Digital teams to ensure initiatives are implemented smoothly from an accounting and reporting perspective.
  • Implement selected projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, functional and technical solution design, business process and workflow design, testing and user acceptance, and deployment.
  • Lead organizational change management and communication related to system and process implementations.
  • Identify and implement key metrics to monitor and ensure projects and support objectives meet desired outcomes.
  • Recommend and coordinate appropriate enterprise change management strategies to minimize business disruption.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve implementation issues and ensure partners satisfaction.
  • Design and implement training programs for system/process changes.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all implemented projects and act as the primary business point of contact for IT-related Accounting and FP&A processes.
  • Support the prioritization of system enhancements and keep all partners informed of project execution progress and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners at all levels of the organization to translate business needs into actionable technology and process solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key users and operational teams to identify and resolve business issues.
  • Continuously research best practices, new technologies, and new processes to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Accounting and FP&A functions, with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, primarily SAP is required.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Knowledge and/or exposure to digital platforms (e.g. Adyen, Rithum, Sales Force Commerce Cloud, etc.), digital payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, Google pay, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Understanding of how these platforms integrate with accounting and financial reporting process is required.
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of global marketplaces (e.g. Tiktok, Amazon, Zalando, Rakuten, etc.), and their integration with Accounting and Financial reporting.
  • Independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Title: Sr. Finance Systems Analyst 

Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
