The Sr. Finance Systems Analyst role will focus on identifying and implementing process improvements, managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing change management, providing ongoing support, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization. The primary focus will be on the Crocs Digital landscape and their integration with the financial reporting and accounting tools.  The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and FP&A, with strong analytical and project management skills and deep understanding of the eCommerce retail business.
 

What You'll Do

  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvements in all accounting and FP&A functions, primarily in the Digital space.
  • Propose alternatives for process/system improvements and advocate the best optimization solutions to the business.
  • Work with the Digital team to ensure a smooth implementation of their initiatives from an accounting and reporting perspective.
  • Implement selected projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, functional and technical solution design, business process design, testing and user acceptance, deployment, organizational change management and communication.
  • Identify and implement key metrics to monitor and ensure projects and support objectives meet desired outcomes.
  • Recommend and coordinate appropriate enterprise change management strategies to minimize business disruption.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to resolve implementation issues to partners' satisfaction.
  • Design and implement training programs for system/process changes.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all implemented projects and act as a business point of contact (POC) for the IT aspects of accounting and FP&A processes.
  • Support the prioritization of system enhancements.
  • Keep all partners informed on project execution and desired outcomes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with different levels of management throughout the organization.
  • Translate customer needs into technology and process solutions.
  • Build relationships with key user and operations groups to identify and resolve business issues.
  • Continuously research best practices, new technologies, and new processes to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Confirmed experience in accounting and FP&A functions, with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of digital platforms (Shopify, Sales Force Commerce Cloud, etc.), digital payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, Google pay, etc.) ERP systems (SAP) and their integration with accounting and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of global marketplaces – eBay, Amazon, Zalando, Rakuten, etc. - and their integration with accounting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Title: Sr. Finance Systems Analyst 

Salary or Pay Range: $96,000-$106,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
