Overview
This Senior FP&A Analyst will be passionate about teamwork, problem-solving, and being a go-to finance business partner. This is a high-visibility position, and candidates must be curious, a great teammate, and possess excellent communication skills. Crocs is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.
What You'll Do
- The main responsibility of this individual will be to provide business partners with analysis that supports business decisions, process improvements, and reporting requirements
- Monthly reporting to provide leadership with key intra-quarter results
- Provide thought leadership in the interpretation of data into concrete outcomes
- Own months end close for business partners’ departments
- Distill data into key business insights
- Collaborate through complexity and uncertainty to deliver results
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively to senior management
- Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines
- Support the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis, and other reporting requirements upon request
- Support all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
- Support Quarter-End external financial reporting activities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team with a natural vitality to aim for results
- Ability to meet high-pressure deadlines
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with BI tools, SAP, or BPC a plus
- Expert in building models for analysis
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
