This Senior FP&A Analyst will be heavily passionate about corporate and merchandise financial analysis that supports the Global Finance team (Finance and Merchandise Analysis). This is a high visibility position and candidate must have a phenomenal sense of integrity and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Crocs is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.
What You'll Do
- The main responsibility of this individual will be to provide the organization with analysis that supports business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and other reporting.
- Assist in weekly revenue reporting to provide leadership with key intra-quarter results.
- Consolidate Global Revenue KPI’s: DTC Comps, Store Count, Wholesale Account plans, etc.
- Provide thought leadership in interpretation of data into concrete outcomes.
- Optimally distill data into key business insights.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively to senior management.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines.
- Support FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request.
- Support all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis.
- Support Quarter-End external financial reporting activities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team with a natural vitality to aim for results.
- Ability to meet high pressure deadlines.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus.
- Expert in building models for analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures.

Salary or Pay Range: $82,500 - $92,500
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
