Overview

We are looking for a diligent Sr. Equity & Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at Crocs, Inc! This role plays a critical part in administering our equity and overall compensation program. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, data-driven problem solver. This position supports cyclical compensation processes.

What You'll Do

  • Equity Plan Administration: Own the day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options (grants, exercises, share releases, cancellations, share transfers), ensuring accuracy and strictly following legal requirements.
  • Keep records of equity grants, exercises, holdings, and participant info. Use equity admin software and other systems. Ensure equity plan aligns with transfer agent records.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal and state securities laws, tax regulations, and company policies concerning equity compensation. Complete Forms 3 and 4 for Section 16 insiders. Stay informed about regulatory changes and standard methodologies.
  • Reporting: Run monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc equity reports for Finance and Tax departments. Assist with audits and other compliance-related requests.
  • Participant Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to plan participants, answering questions regarding their equity awards, plan provisions, and transaction processes. Educate employees on equity plan features and benefits.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors, such as equity administration software providers and transfer agents, to ensure seamless plan administration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline equity administration and data management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc projects to support the Total Rewards team.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 2-4 years of experience in equity administration, preferably in a publicly traded company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options.
  • Experience with Morgan Stanley at Work / ETRADE: Equity Edge Online.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to partner closely with other departments (Legal, HR, Finance, Tax).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
