Overview
The Sr. Director, Global Footwear Design, is responsible for the creation of consumer-centric, ground-breaking, innovative products that engage consumers. You will be icon-obsessed and share our passion for molded innovation. You’re passionate about people development and know how to encourage a culture of creativity within a fast-paced, forward-thinking team. You are enthusiastic about culture and understand how music, art, fashion, and culture collide. You love to travel and are curious about the world around you.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the seasonal design vision for Clogs, Sandals, and Lifestyle product lines
- Champion the brand’s iconic appeal while contributing to the creation of future icons
- Support Design leadership in defining and evolving the brand DNA to unlock growth and attract new consumers
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment on seasonal and close to market calendars
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand
- Drive triad collaboration with development / innovation and category management in Clogs, Sandals and Lifestyle
- Consistently educate yourself in the latest design tools, 3D, and various innovations
- You believe in the power of ideas that define brands and make consumers' lives better, with a positive impact on the world
- Partner closely with the GVP and Directors within Global Design on team excellence and design excellence
- Inspire those around you, lead with integrity and humility.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 12 years of design experience, preferably with a background in Industrial Design
- 4+ years of team management experience
- Proven record of success at other globally recognized footwear brands
- Passion and deep knowledge of fashion and style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage others
- Ability to delegate, overseeing multiple projects efficiently and with agility across your team to ensure design review readiness
- Be a tastemaker with the ability to throw down incredible, jaw-dropping design work
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Ability to travel domestically or globally as required

Title: Sr. Director, Global Footwear Design
Salary or Pay Range: $215,000 - $225,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
