Overview

Crocs' Sr. Director, Channel Marketing, Americas will act as the leader of channel marketing for Wholesale accounts and Crocs Retail stores in US and Canada. This role acts as the voice of the consumer, translates global strategy into regional brand activation, and leads coordinated marketing planning for these channels. This role will be responsible for the regional channel marketing plans and strong Go-To-Market activation to deliver key brand metrics and growth plans.  

 

This leader should be able to successfully lead within a sophisticated matrix organization and have critical influence over coordinated planning and collaborates closely with NA sales (wholesale and retail), product, finance, creative and other cross-functional teams. Reports to VP, Marketing, Americas and responsible for managing a team of six or more people.

What You'll Do

  • Build annual and seasonal marketing plans for Wholesale and Retail channel that deliver both on brand and business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a Wholesale and Retail GTM strategy.  Translate Global objectives into strategic omnichannel programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention to achieve the Americas revenue goal.
  • Develop relevant strategies to drive critical retail and wholesale KPIs.
  • Align with regional and global merchandising on key product initiatives.
  • Build Strong external relationships with Key Wholesale accounts and Mall developers.
  • Develop collaborative communication across all groups to drive alignment and seek inputs to develop briefs and improve program efficacy.
  • Guides sell-in and sell-through strategy for wholesale and retail channels to drive sales results.
  • Oversee the Wholesale and Retail Marketing budgeting strategy and process; setting spend allocation across the year and regional priorities.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights and optimalization opportunities.
  • Accountable for annual planning, implementation and reporting on brand investments.
  • Co-lead sales meetings and trade shows.
  • Lead & develop high-performing team. Develop key skills and capabilities within the team and foster career development.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of dynamic marketing experience (leading marketing teams, sophisticated brand/distribution environments, Wholesale or Footwear industry experience) 
  • Results oriented, Analytical, Organized, Courageous
  • Experience influencing and getting results in a highly matrixed environment. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
  • Experience forming relationships with peers and partners and can lead cross-functional and cross-regional partners through influence.
  • Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution.
  • Experience in the footwear industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Salary or Pay Range: $190,000 - $200,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
