Overview

The Sr. Digital Product Management Specialist is an eCommerce technology authority who will improve the product management activities of our global digital delivery team. You will be a key member of the team protecting the Crocs Inc brands (Crocs and HEYDUDE). The primary responsibility for this person will be to steward the continued growth and development of the brand’s global ecommerce platforms, vendor management, and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate has experience with other B2C businesses and/or providing services and solutions to B2C businesses. This role will partner with our cross-functional teams (Customer Experience, Merchandising, Project Management, Dev/Ops, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and our Regional Leads) to complete core eCommerce strategies for all features, functions, and improvements and will help to mature and expand our Product Management organization.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with our Project Management Team to sponsor new projects throughout the development lifecycle: clearly define the scope of work, gather and prioritize business requirements, and refine development tasks to ensure alignment with our goals and deliver optimal user experiences for our e-commerce platform.
  • Lead agile team meetings as the product owner representative; aligning with Manager of Product, project manager, and delivery team to prioritize and usher requests through completion.
  • Partner with project management to implement agile methodology and best practices in project management software.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and product management coworkers to propose and implement agile improvements based on team feedback and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to develop requirement documents, functional specifications, training materials, and use cases.
  • Define and maintain performance monitoring metrics for relevant features and assess the value of our vendors against the current landscape.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the checkout process by strategically adding and removing payment types to align with evolving customer preferences and domestic market expectations. Analyze user behavior and industry trends to reduce friction and increase conversion rates, ensuring a seamless and intuitive checkout experience.
  • Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities and maximize sales potential. Develop a global roadmap in coordination with integrators and internal teams for expanding product offerings across multiple preferred consumer platforms. Manage end-to-end integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity and product visibility on third-party marketplaces.
  • Assist the Manager, Product Management in carrying out the product roadmap for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketplaces, focusing on increased conversion, easy shopping, revenue growth, profitability, customer happiness, attrition, and retention.
  • Collect ideas and requirements from customers and stakeholders across teams to define market opportunities and customer expectations. Apply defined product discovery process to document stakeholder requirements and technical recommendations prior to delivery process.
  • Take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives, getting results through effective collaboration with development teams, designers, and stakeholders. Lead cross-functional efforts to prioritize and deliver features that enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to achieving our business goals.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related subject area.
  • 3+ years of strong history of working closely with business operations to identify business opportunities and requirements and deliver measurable products and features that meet those needs in a role as a Product Owner and Project Manager in a software development /e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of the way consumers shop online, with 3-5 years exposure to eCommerce is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate technical concepts.
  • Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven refinement.
  • Shown experience managing partner needs against limited resources, while maintaining consensus.
  • Strong rapport with technical teams and an understanding of the full software-development lifecycle.
  • Hands on work with Google Analytics, Adobe, Jira, and/or similar analytic tools and tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in defining and documenting sophisticated technical solutions into business-facing documents for reference.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for e-commerce and the footwear industry, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Desire to learn about international markets and localization techniques.

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
