We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to support and advance our Enterprise Data & Analytics infrastructure. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the DevOps frameworks that underpin our cloud-based data platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across technologies like Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, GitHub, Airflow, and others. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to drive operational excellence and enable faster, safer delivery of business-critical data solutions.


As the Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will solve unique and complex problems at a rapid pace, utilizing the latest technologies to create solutions that are highly scalable. As part of Enterprise Data Analytics team, you will help advance the adoption of data-driven insights and advanced AI analytics across multiple business domains within Crocs enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to support code deployments for data pipelines, orchestration (Airflow), and Snowflake database objects.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for cloud data services.
  • Enhance system reliability by implementing monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response best practices for Airflow, Snowflake, and Azure-based services.
  • Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, pull request workflows, and enforce code quality standards for data platform projects.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to automate deployment and configuration of data models, workflows, and services.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize performance, costs, and operational efficiency of our data infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain accurate and complete documentation of the pipelines developed.
  • Implement automation wherever possible to streamline and optimize data engineering workflows.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent technical degree.
  • 5+ years of professional DevOps experience.
  • Strong expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably in GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or similar).
  • Solid experience with Snowflake administration and deployment practices (Snowflake object versioning, Dev/Test/Prod workflows, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Apache Airflow orchestration platform (cloud-managed or self-hosted), including DAG management and operational support.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and supporting machine learning pipelines is a plus.
  • Azure certifications or Snowflake certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting DataOps frameworks in modern data architecture (e.g., medallion architecture, domain-based models) is a plus.

Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer 

Salary or Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
