We’re looking for a Color, Materials, and Graphics Sr. Designer to join us in executing the vision for our future; to inspire, ideate and create.


As a Sr. Designer - Color, Materials, and Graphics you will be part of a team working on the creation of consumer centric, disruptive, innovative product that engages our consumer. You’ll be icon-obsessed, share our passion for molded innovation and thoughtful in unlocking our brand DNA across a variety of styles in our line.

What You'll Do

  • Bring a strong focus on style and fashion in sandals, emphasizing color, treatment, finish, and elevated embellishments and details.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the style sandal space, with crossover into iconic, casual, and sport lifestyle products.
  • Be a trusted source of inspiration for fashion, hype, sport, and cultural insights that influence design direction.
  • Stay ahead of global trends through market travel, trade shows, and ongoing digital and social research.
  • Bring a forward-thinking design aesthetic and a drive to push the brand forward for both volume-driving and brand-defining consumers.
  • Drive seasonal freshness in both new and existing products, contributing to R&D and seasonal design pipelines through color curation, surface design, materials, trims, and componentry.
  • Communicate the design vision clearly and persuasively to cross-functional partners through strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment aligned with global business needs.
  • Obsess the details to ensure timely delivery and uphold Crocs’ high execution standards.
  • Being a team champion cross-functionally, enhancing our culture of collaboration, trust and communication across Design, Category Management and Development partners.
  • Embrace and encourage diverse perspectives, contributing to an inclusive and innovative team environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fashion or industrial design, graphics, apparel or related field.
  • Has experienced knowledge and a higher understanding of product from color, material, construction to production.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant design experience.
  • Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally

Title: Sr. Designer - Footwear Color, Materials & Graphics 

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
