Broomfield, CO, US, 80021
At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you’re welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you’re not expected to fit a mold. You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.
Overview
Crocs is seeking a Senior Designer who brings equal parts concept and craft — someone who can dream up big ideas and bring them to life with world-class design. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is an integral member of the Global Creative team, helping shape how Crocs shows up in culture and across every touchpoint.
You’ll build bold, distinctive, and joyfully expressive creative that captures the Crocs spirit. This includes brand campaigns, product storytelling, retail, social, and experiential activations. You’ll collaborate across teams, translating strategy into powerful visual ideas that celebrate individuality and connect emotionally with our consumers.
The ideal candidate is hands-on and imaginative — a designer who can think like an art director, craft like a maker, and move fluidly between big-picture ideas and precise execution. The Senior Designer is responsible for the development of global campaign guidelines and creative execution supporting all Crocs omnichannel marketing including email, website, app, paid social, display, retail and wholesale assets. This work is highly conceptual in nature and demands an understanding of nuances between various products, consumers, brands, and cultural trends at a highly developed level.
This is an exciting, fast-paced, and constantly evolving role. These are some of our most highly anticipated, buzz-worthy, and impactful campaigns, so humility, teamwork, and outstanding effort are necessary.
What You'll Do
- Create with purpose: Concept and design storytelling-led and product first creative that elevates the Crocs brand and resonates across global audiences.
- Bring ideas to life: Translate campaign concepts into beautiful, effective design across all channels — from digital and print to retail, packaging, and experiential.
- Think conceptually: Partner with writers and other creatives to develop ideas that break conventions, drive brand heat, and push product desirability.
- Champion the brand: Maintain and evolve global brand standards while finding fresh ways to express Crocs’ unique visual voice.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Merchandising partners to align creative execution with brand and business objectives. Ability to professionally give and receive feedback. Must be able to see feedback as an opportunity to improve the work and adjust critical thinking.
- Balance craft and agility: Manage multiple concurrent projects and formats — from hero campaign design to quick-turn assets — while upholding high standards of creativity and detail. Maintain a problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experiment and explore: Stay curious, exploring emerging creative tools, AI, and design technologies to spark new ideas and improve creative efficiency.
- Inspire through presentation: Confidently present ideas, designs, and creative rationale to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Own the process: Take projects from concept through production, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and craft at every stage.
- Collaborate with production partners: Partner with print and production vendors to ensure quality and brand integrity in every output.

- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree (i.e., Advertising Design or Communications Design).
- At least 5+ years related experience in advertising design.
- Experience working at an advertising agency is a bonus.
- Experience with Global brands.

- Expert skill level with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
