Crocs is looking to hire a Sr. Designer, Brand Partnerships to our Broomfield-based Global Design & Trend team! The Sr. Designer, Brand Partnerships at Crocs will play a pivotal role in shaping the Footwear line with innovative and disruptive design concepts1. This position requires advanced illustration skills to create compelling visuals and mood boards, while managing multiple projects and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams1. The Sr. Designer will also mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers, tastemakers, and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand.
- Bring fresh, disruptive design thinking to our Footwear line.
- Illustration and Concept Visualization: Use advanced illustration skills to present compelling visuals and mood boards to inspire both internal and external stakeholders: graphic placements, Jibbitz designs, CAD designs, packaging designs and any other sort of visuals needed to articulate concepts.
- Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for details and a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong presentation skills: Present design concepts to internal teams and external collaboration/license partners.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Drive concept designs under the direction of our Design Leadership, and collab partners.
- Manage designs through brand-right concept inspiration, color up, form, detail, materials, technical drawings, and cost; ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Leverage global marketplace insights, understand key competitors and how that plays into who we are as a brand and how we drive energy.
- Work with the inline team to seed and scale bold ideas that will drive the business.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the cross functional team to drive the vision for the Footwear line.
- Drive new ways of thinking and explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems.
- Consistently educate yourself in the latest design tools, 3D and innovations.
- Be collaborative, inspiring, and take initiative on design projects.
- Mentor and inspire: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Capability to identify and resolve design challenges, adapt to changing requirements, and find creative solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Design-industrial, graphics, apparel or related field.
- Has at least 5+ years of experienced design knowledge and a higher understanding of product from color, material, construction to production.
- Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of construction, patterns and materials.
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally.
- Thorough knowledge of art and design with clear understanding of visual design or any design related environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Knowledge of international fashion/trends with the ability to translate them into commercial concepts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Salary or Pay Range: $95,000-$105,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
