Overview
Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. The Demand Planner. This individual will coordinate activity across the functional and time spectrums to deliver in season and strategic preseason product focused Demand Plan to ensure profitable business growth and inventory levels between the US and CA. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration with key commercial partners to align upon demand review/consolidation plan, in season coordination, and MFP process seasonal hand off to the channel.
What You'll Do
- Own the Demand Plan for Americas wholesale by applying Key Account data and adjustments in alignment with commercial needs as we approach seasonal buy execution.
- Influence the buying process into product investment – working closely with Supply Planning to both increases and decreases to optimize balance of inventory to support corporate revenue and turn goals.
- Place improved focus on New Product / Key Product initiatives; align and coordinate core / meaningful carryover seasonal items with merchants, core planning and supply teams.
- Leader of DP 09 plan creation to sub channel and any needed change implementation.
- Participate in consolidation needs for the regional demand plan.
- Lead regional monthly demand review and coordinate with KA team for account insights.
- Leverage regional IBP/S&OP to coordinate and inform key demand insights into cross-functional team.
- Lead the efforts of inventory and supply planning to proactively manage in-stock levels.
- Complete monthly OTB forecasts and influence inventory policy decisions at channel level.
- Propose seasonal and in -season stocking strategies to commercial leads to balance margin / revenue generation with efficient working capital levels.
- Coordinate actions upstream into supply chain to supervise, adjust and troubleshoot supply lines as well as optimize inventory across the Americas Region for a given sales channel.
- Manage the Value and EOL Sales and Margin order target for all Tier 4 accounts.
- Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to execute monthly excess process for both inline and out-of-line for channel.
- Review sell-thru by size and material for core and key genders to improve sku efficiency.
- Work closely with Global MFP team to understand and shepherd seasonal plans into region-channel enriched plans.
- Coordinate activity with regional merchandisers to ensure the priorities and focus of the region-channel are clearly captured in all MFP related tools and updates.
- Participation as needed in IBP / Seasonal Plan Alignment and other meetings to represent priorities of the wholesale Americas channel.
- Align with KA team and SLS directors to build seasonal bottom’s up revenue and unit plans.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Undergraduate degree focused on business, supply chain, planning or related field is required; exception possible for highly extensive and relevant work experience.
- At least 5+ years planning OTB / Demand; highly desirable to be within a multichannel setting particularly in the apparel / footwear business.
- Demand Planning experience is required.
- OTB experience is required.
- Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning.
- Experience in Merchandising Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning.
- Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality.
- Power BI build experience desired.
- Experience with MFP, Demand Planning systemic solutions; ideally with o9 Solution.

Title: Sr. Demand Planner
Salary or Pay Range: $98,000 - $108,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
