Overview
As Senior Category Manager- Clogs, you will support execution of the clogs global line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will utilize effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute seasonal brand & category objectives; line planning & briefing, project & system management, sample tracking & organization, milestone presentations , and cross-functional communication.
- Ensure timelines, growth metrics, strategic initiatives, and category goals are met for the Clogs category.
- Manage the product creation lifecycle, ensuring product intent, costing targets & timelines are being met.
- Become an expert in consumer, competitor, and marketplace; leverage insights to help identify new category opportunities.
- Use real-time performance data & analytical skills to read & react to the business.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years professional experience, including 3+ years of applicable category management or product line management experience (footwear or apparel experience preferred)
- Applies strategic thinking to identify & communicate the big picture
- Identifies opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis; able to influence partners using analysis
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and timelines
- Speaks and writes clearly and articulately; able to present information effectively to key stakeholders
- Seeks to understand multiple points of view, maintain a learning mentality, and expresses viewpoints with confidence
- Demonstrates a genuine understanding and passion for product, competitive landscape, culture & market trends; understands the product creation lifecycle
- Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw informative conclusions from it
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities and conditions; can navigate successfully in ambiguity
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and/or managing others preferred
- Ability to travel domestically
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
