Overview

The Sr. Business Solutions Architect, OneStream Administrator will support Finance and Accounting in providing end-to-end support of the OneStream application from the implementation of the tool and its various functionalities to the day-to-day operations. This role will support all aspects of OneStream including business rules, metadata management, workflows, security, reporting, and people planning.  As a secondary task, this role will support our current Planning and Consolidation tool – SAP BPC – and the transition from BPC to OneStream.   This role is a critical part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will report directly into the Sr.  Manager, Financial Systems.

What You'll Do

  • Support the OneStream implementation across all finance areas including Brand FP&A, Corporate FP&A, Accounting and Audit across the entire enterprise globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Data, FP&A, HR, etc.)  to develop and test integrations between OneStream and other source or target systems and applications
  • Provide support to end-users, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
  • Act as the OneStream subject matter expert (SME) for Finance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Execute the primary administrative responsibilities within the OneStream application, which encompass maintaining entity hierarchies, configuring rules, orchestrating workflows, designing dashboards, and developing reporting views and packages
  • Develop various reports within OneStream utilizing cube views and dashboards as needed for the FP&A and Accounting teams.
  • Lead integrations and upkeep of data quality processes, including validation, mapping, transformation, and confirmation activities, from source systems (such as SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BPC, Snowflake, Aptos, etc.) into the OneStream platform
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular system health checks, and manage upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide on-going support to the current SAP BPC administrators and serve as a secondary point of contact for BPC related issues, such as the month-end processes
  • Staying up to date with financial systems like OneStream, Oracle ERP, EDW, PowerBI and SAP BPC.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance and accounting or computer science required. 
  • 8+ years of proven experience in financial system administration/implementation with a background in finance and accounting
  • Must have experience with OneStream
  • Experience with SAP BPC highly preferred
  • Must have SQL and VB.NET experience
  • Must have strong excel skills and macro skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must understand FP&A and Accounting processes
  • Detail oriented, creative and highly accurate
  • Knowledge of ETL (extract/transform/load)
  • Ability to travel if required; approximately 10%

Salary or Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
