Overview

Join our Corporate Strategy team at Crocs Inc., where we lead impactful initiatives that drive Total Shareholder Return. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy, the Sr. Analyst, Corporate Strategy will support developing strategies, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening our competitive edge. What You'll Do

  • Contributes to major strategy initiatives and overseeing smaller projects, leveraging team resources under the guidance of the Corporate Strategy team.
  • Conducts analyses (e.g., financial modeling, business cases) to validate proposed ideas and inform business decisions. Assists in refining initial framing established by project lead for strategic questions and applies structure to analysis.
  • Provides support for the execution of strategy and ad hoc analyses.
  • Cultivates strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Understands key stakeholders' business priorities and facilitates internal alignment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in internal strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills with an affinity for quantitative modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills, nonverbal, verbal, and written, with peers, senior management, and business partners including in times of discussion with multiple opinions.
  • Self-starter with can-do demeanor, including a strong personal drive and an ability to work independently in multiple environments/cultures and get things done.
  • Skills to work collaboratively on a team; be an advocate for improvement/change.
  • An ability to quickly and accurately deliver in ambiguity .
  • Excellent attention to detail, robust organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain secure and confidential information.

Title: Sr. Analyst, Corporate Strategy 

Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
