Crocs is seeking a high-performing, experienced Senior Accountant with a passion for leadership and process improvement to join our corporate accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment within a high-profile, multinational company. What You'll Do
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, inclusive of preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations, and participating in and preparing for quarter trial balance variance reviews.
- Assist with the preparation of external audit requests with efficiency and effective communication.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with internal and external requirements ensuring adherence to SOX controls.
- Lead and collaborate on various projects as assigned and continuously find ways to improve departmental quality through creating efficiencies, streamlining repetitive processes, and using technology.
- Ability to comprehend complex accounting topics and determine the appropriate treatment as required under US GAAP.
- Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Payroll, and Tax teams.
- Perform ad hoc duties and analysis as needed to support corporate functions.
- Support strategic initiatives and other key accounting and finance goals, fostering a positive accounting team and professional culture in a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Participate in and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of accounting experience at a publicly traded company.
- Foreign currency experience at a multi-national public company.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus.
- Experience with data mining and reporting software such as BI and BPC.
- Strong financial process experience, including financial close, reporting, internal controls, experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and working with independent auditors.

Title: Sr. Accountant
Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
