We are looking for a Sr.Manager, Category Management - Lifestyle who is an agile, self-starting teammate to join us in bringing our global Lifestyle strategy to life.

 

As the new Sr Manager, Category Management- Lifestyle you will lead the Global Lifestyle category for Adults which consists of Sneakers, Boots, Slippers, Crocs at Work, etc. You will be exposed to all levels of distribution; and using deep product knowledge, consumer & competitor insights, and skillful data analysis will drive short & long term category strategy.

 

You are an expert in your craft, supporting brand initiatives and line plans crafted to reach both seasonal and long-term strategic goals. You will drive a clear product vision, using cross functional teamwork to champion a consumer-first mentality, identify key market opportunities, and drive executional excellence across the product lifecycle.

 

You are passionate about consumers and understand how trends influence mindsets & behaviors, with a focus on the Street Lifestyle space. You understand nuances of global consumers and how to use those insights to build a global line that drives commonality. You are an expert in product management and can connect the dots among consumer, market, and product to build a diverse line targeting a broad range of consumers & channels.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate consumer, competitor, and data-driven insights to drive the vision for the Lifestyle category. Strong POV on the Street Lifestyle space.
  • Understand and drive against key brand objectives and initiatives on an annual & seasonal basis.
  • Execute a Global Lifestyle Strategy & roadmap, with focus on sneakers, and support in the identification and project management of key opportunities for the category.
  • Create impact through product management excellence; briefing, line planning, launch strategy, product lifecycle, & triad collaboration.
  • Drive detailed communication and teamwork across multiple cross functional groups.
  • Lead by example & mentor around standard methodologies for greener teammates.
  • Enjoy working with ambiguity and defining a growing product space.
  • Management of Centric & samples as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years product line management experience.
  • Attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to manage stacked seasons & various concurrent projects.
  • Acute knowledge and clear POV on marketplace & consumer, with emphasis on Street Lifestyle.
  • Strong business mindset and record of achieving ambitious goals.
  • Track record of launching successful products to market.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage others.
  • Ability to travel globally.

Title: Sr Manager, Category Management - Lifestyle 

Salary or Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
