Overview
As a member of the HEYDUDE North America Digital Commerce team, the Sr Specialist, GTM supports the execution of the North America eCommerce go-to-market plan. This role is a key facilitator, coordinator, and executor of our Ways of Working between Digital Commerce, Creative, Brand, Marketing Operations, and Integrated Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns across channels.
This role will own day-to-day GTM processes for North America - building clear briefs, partnering closely with the design and creative teams, coordinating content reviews, and ensuring timely asset delivery and sharing across key collaborators. They will leverage data and campaign KPIs to analyze performance, capture takeaways, and help optimize future launches and programs.
What You'll Do
- Assist with management of the North America GTM calendar, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities, inventory, digital and integrated marketing plans.
- Build clear, actionable GTM briefs by consolidating inputs from Digital Commerce partners for all brand, product and promotional campaigns.
- Partner closely with Creative/Design to translate briefs into deliverables, clarify requirements, and ensure timelines, specs, and channel needs are met.
- Facilitate creative reviews including scheduling, pre-reads, capturing decisions, and routing consolidated feedback to reduce rework.
- Coordinate asset delivery and trafficking across .com, marketplaces, social commerce, CRM, and paid channels, ensure accurate specs, naming, storage, and versioning.
- Serve as a driver of Ways of Working with the Creative team, maintaining intake processes, SLAs, timelines, and workflows.
- Support GTM campaign testing and optimization (creative variants, formats, placements) and document findings.
- Analyze performance of GTM campaigns using defined targets; support development of post-campaign recaps and insights.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or GTM roles; experience working directly with creative teams preferred.
- Proven ability to build creative briefs, manage inputs, and support end-to-end campaign execution.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple timelines, priorities, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using digital benchmarks and insights to advise GTM decisions and campaign recaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex inputs into clear briefs and feedback summaries.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, DAM/CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and project management systems.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive in identifying workflow gaps and operational improvements.
- Passion for digital storytelling, consumer behavior, and emerging eCommerce trends.

Salary or Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
