Overview
The Specialist Global Brand Media Analytics for Crocs Inc. is responsible for support measurement, reporting, and insights across Crocs' global brand media investments. This person will play an integral role in ensuring accurate media performance measurement, dashboard reporting, partner evaluation, and campaign analysis across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious, with a passion for uncovering insights and translating complex datasets into actionable business recommendations. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Global Brand Media team, collaborating closely with analytics, media, ad operations, and measurement partners to ensure data integrity, performance transparency, and measurement excellence. Strong experience in media analytics, dashboard management, attribution methodologies, and marketing mix modeling is critical.
What You'll Do
- Manage and enhance Global Brand Media analytics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms, channels, and regions.
- Design, build, and optimize reporting dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Oversee media data integration and validation processes, ensuring API feeds, platform reporting, partner data, and automated reporting pipelines are functioning accurately.
- Analyze campaign performance across global brand media investments, identifying trends, insights, optimization opportunities, and key business learnings.
- Lead relationships with measurement and research partners, evaluating solutions, managing testing initiatives, and recommending methodologies that align with business objectives.
- Support brand lift, incrementality, audience validation, attribution, and effectiveness studies, helping define measurement approaches and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with media, analytics, and ad operations teams to establish measurement frameworks, reporting standards, and performance benchmarks globally.
- Develop recurring reports, executive dashboards, and business reviews that communicate campaign effectiveness and media performance.
- Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and scenario planning tools to forecast outcomes, evaluate investment strategies, and support budget allocation decisions.
- Translate complex datasets and model outputs into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, measurement methodologies, and analytical capabilities across the Global Brand Media organization.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Two (2)+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, consumer insights, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of paid media measurement across display, video, social, programmatic, audio, CTV, retail media, and emerging digital channels.
- Advanced proficiency with reporting and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, Looker, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of automated data feeds, APIs, platform integrations, data warehouses, and data validation processes.
- Familiarity with connecting and integrating multiple marketing and media data sources through APIs, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of media attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, brand lift measurement, and audience research frameworks.
- Ability to manage relationships with third-party measurement and research providers.
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) principles and scenario planning methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights and business recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data manipulation, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track record of collaborating effectively within a matrixed global organization and across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Previous experience in retail, consumer brands, media agencies, or analytics organizations is preferred, but not required.

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
