Overview
The Real Estate Analyst for Crocs Inc. will support the sales and operational channels ensuring leases, licensing, and other primary components of a real estate portfolio are in place to grow and maintain a multi-brand retail store chain. They will also work closely with internal and external partners to develop key market intelligence and analytics that will be used to drive strategic decisions supporting growth within the channel.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, validate and track key aspects of retail and storage lease information within corporate databases and files, report updates and action requests to various operational channels
- Collect, process, and disseminate all received real estate, construction, and business licensing related correspondence (digital and mailed) to appropriate vendors and / or internal partners
- Develop and continually evolve key data analytics to drive strategic business decisions in retail real estate positioning, market opportunities and channel growth
- Coordinate and produce essential information for ongoing projects, presentations, and reports both continuously and on an ad-hoc basis as required
- Key Subject Matter Authority and leader of platform development to drive team efficiencies in data collection, market intelligence and metric reporting of business initiatives
- Build key relationships to partner with external and internal vendors such as Finance, Legal, Retail Operations, Data Analytics, Accounting, Lease Administration, Construction and landlord groups
- Management and delegation of tasks and projects as required to maintain focus and timelines of key initiatives and deliverables
- Other duties, projects and tasks as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table
- High School diploma or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial or retail real estate
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including high level Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Understanding and proficiency of Power BI and SAP platforms
- Project Management experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Capability to effectively prioritize projects to manage and meet deadlines
- Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and business needs with sense of urgency
- Ability to effectively function within an environment of complexity and change
- Highly efficient in prioritization, data analysis, reporting and communication

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
