Overview

The Planner, Replenishment is responsible for driving accurate account‑level planning, inventory optimization, and revenue attainment through detailed sell‑in and sell‑thru analytics. This role partners closely with Demand Planning, Merchandising, Commercial, and Regional teams to ensure inventory health, operational readiness, and alignment to promotional and lifecycle strategies across retail and eCommerce channels.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze account- and material‑level sell‑in and sell‑thru performance to inform monthly and weekly planning decisions.
  • Lead monthly ladder reviews and purchase planning aligned to lead times and demand expectations.
  • Review monthly consumption by size and identify variances to plan, adjusting forecasts and assumptions accordingly.
  • Determine monthly misses to plan and recommend changes to At Once (AO) targets when required.
  • Develop weekly unit plans by account to support warehouse labor and staffing requirements.
  • Establish and maintain Min/Max inventory models by location to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Update monthly contracts to ensure revenue targets remain aligned and are not over‑ or under‑planned.
  • Monitor Weeks of Supply (WOS) thresholds and collaborate with Demand Planning to recommend inventory positioning (IP) adjustments.
  • Create and manage locker‑stock contracts and review Auto Replenishment (AR) ladder programs by account.
  • Review ladder integrity and ensure alignment with current account performance and contractual commitments.
  • Monitor door‑level sales trends versus Minimum Presentation Levels (MPLs) and flag risks or opportunities.
  • Partner with Regional Merchandising to communicate product lifecycle changes informed by sell‑out data.
  • Review in‑store and eCommerce trends, including Ship‑From‑Store penetration and fulfillment performance.
  • Lead monthly planner‑to‑planner account meetings to: review consumption trends and inventory positions, identify required changes to plans, Min/Max levels, and forecasting assumptions, discuss promotional opportunities and anticipated traffic impacts.
  • Participate in monthly commercial meetings to: review actual consumption versus plan, recommend plan adjustments for inventory shifts, floor set changes, and holiday or peak demand periods, act as a key planning partner to Commercial, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations teams.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2+ years in planning OTB / Demand within a digital environment; highly desirable to be within an Omni Channel setting particularly in the apparel / footwear business. Direct-to-consumer experience preferred, preferably in ecommerce..
  • Demand Planning experience is required.
  • OTB experience is required.
  • Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning.
  • Experience in Merchandising Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning.
  • Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality.
  • Power BI build experience desired.

Title: Planner, Replenishment 

Salary or Pay Range: $87,000 - $97,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
