Overview

The Merchant – DTC Personalization ROW at Crocs Inc., is a cross-functional collaborator to support personalization assortment for the Crocs global. This role is to support global strategy, direction, and cross-functional / regional communication. This role will need the ability to read and react to sales data, ensure assortments resonate with our customers, and drive to strategic intent. We are looking for someone who loves the brand and drive global strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Support the global merchandising strategy and business results for Jibbitz, bag charms, bags, and accessories across Stores, Digital, & Wholesale, operating within a centralized global hub.
  • Own and manage critical systems that drive regional alignment & assortment adoption accuracy
  • Participate in bi-weekly global selling insights and actions - applying merchant judgment and performance insight, surfacing and articulating regional consumer insights and findings, feeding signal back to inform future global direction and evolution.
  • Partner closely with Regional Merchants and Category Managers to maintain a global line to drive growth
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to deliver cohesive expressions of the brand through fixtures, digital presentation, and storytelling

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel ability to build decks and create pivot tables.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones to support global teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates cultural awareness, adaptability, and flexibility in adjusting schedules to collaborate with colleagues and partners worldwide.
  • Ability to travel internationally

Title: Merchant - DTC Personalization ROW 

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
