Overview

Crocs is hiring a Global Merchandising Coordinator to our Broomfield-based Global Merchandising team! This entry-level position supports the Global Merchandising team as they implement their strategies for Crocs, the industry-leading casual footwear brand. The Global Merchandising Coordinator maintains accurate seasonal product line information, owns the global sample ordering process, and coordinates activities across a diverse set of functions in support of the Global Merchandising and Regional Merchandising teams. They act in service of merchandising teams around the world to simplify tactical and process work. The role has a broad view of the organization with access to many functions and is able to connect people and actions to ensure the product line can be delivered to market simply and accurately.
 

What You'll Do

  • Execute end-to-end sample procurement to guarantee successful customer sell in. Process includes order gathering, SAP entry, and partnering with logistics and factories to guaranteed on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and organize physical sample of current and past seasons. 
  • Manage seasonal sample documentation, including the development and maintenance of comprehensive tracking tools, financial purchase order creation and management, and factory order form oversight to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, accurate data, and timely sample delivery.
  • Manage integrity of information in Crocs systematic platforms including centric and O9.
  • Maintain, update, and communicate changes to go-to-market tools in response to additions, changes, and drops to the global product line.
  • Support the preparation of global reports such as bi-weekly reports and ad hoc data requests, helping provide brand leadership with visibility into business trends
  • Support accurate product and line data records by partnering with Master Data Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure on-time material set-up, accuracy, and regular auditing. 
  • Own the weekly add/change/drop process with product managers, development, and operations. 
  • Implement, document, and enforce key processes and calendars that involve diverse cross-functional partners
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners globally that have varying levels of English language competency.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • At least 2 years of applicable experience 
  • Degree from college or university preferred 
  • Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales and/or marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document process
  • Proven ability to think and act proactively
  • Proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and at least 2-3 years of digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Exposure to wholesale or retail industry beneficial

Salary or Pay Range: $40,000-$50,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
