Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Planner, Personalization. This role is pivotal in maximizing sales and identifying opportunities within our product assortment while focusing on enhancing speed and inventory turnover. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, optimize inventory turnover, and recommend strategic initiatives that align with market trends.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth weekly and monthly analyses to assess sales performance across DTC and Wholesale channels, inventory turnover, and assortment effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive reports that highlight key trends, sales opportunities, and recommendations for assortment optimization to improve speed.
  • Manage Product LifeCycle Inventory actions and SKU productivity analysis.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover insights that drive revenue growth, drive faster decision-making and enhance inventory turnover rates.
  • Monitor market trends across channels, analyze sell-in/sell-out data to inform demand opportunities and support buying decision-making.
  • Partner with Channel Planning leads to recommend strategies to ensure alignment with market demands and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with Global Merchandising GMM to recommend changes to product assortment to maximize sales and meet consumer demand.
  • Make actionable recommendations on buying strategies and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Make speed buy recommendations to channel leads as part of the monthly planning cycle.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest enhancements to improve speed and responsiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in inventory management and demand forecasting.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning, preferably in retail or accessories.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with inventory management systems and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with market research and consumer behavior analysis.

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
