Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Planner, CA eCommerce. This individual is focused on the Crocs e-commerce business for our Canadian market. This includes but is not limited to ownership of weekly product demand plans inclusive of core and new products, coordination of Crocs e-commerce Open to Buy, creation and maintenance of product driven Inventory Policies, and analysis to support decision making. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration with key commercial partners to align upon demand review/consolidation plan, in season coordination, and all processes to drive seasonal hand offs and monthly execution.
What You'll Do
Pre-Season
- Be the voice of our Canadian Consumer- Lead the creation and execution of the Canada Ecommerce Sales and Merchandise Plan.
- Lead monthly style level sales and inventory forecast for CA.
- Strategically plan revenue, margin, and inventory by month to ensure CA can deliver against Americas Digital financial forecast.
- Drive CA assortment optimization and analysis on New Product / Key Product initiatives and Core / Carryover seasonal items with Merchandising and Leadership input.
- Lead consolidation of plans and summarize for presentation to regional leadership, merchandising partners and inventory planners.
- Help support go to market promotional strategies and investments for the Canadian customer.
In Season
- Participate in weekly business review meetings- pulling together relevant analysis and leverage reporting to drive analysis and recommendations for the CA business.
- Build out relevant reporting for CA business to help drive local analysis and advocate for regional needs.
- Propose seasonal and in season inventory strategies to planning and commercial leads to balance margin and revenue generation with optimal working capital levels.
- Partner with Supply Planning on monthly buy execution and optimize inventory in country via trade analysis and cross-channel coordination. Lead efforts to proactively manage in-stock levels.
- Maintain O9 and other tools related to e-commerce demand plans, inventory, and supply strategies.
- Provide analytical support as needed to the cross functional team.
Coordinate Long Range Planning process hand-off to seasonal plan.
- Work closely with Global MFP team to understand and shepherd seasonal plans into region-channel enriched plans.
- Coordinate activity with regional merchandisers to ensure the priorities and focus of the region-channel is clearly assembled in all MFP related tools and updates.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
At least 2+ years in merchandise planning; highly desirable to be within an Omni Channel setting particularly in the apparel / footwear business. Direct-to-consumer experience preferred, preferably in ecommerce.
Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning.
Experience in Merchant Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning.
Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality.
Experience with MFP, Demand Planning systemic solutions; ideally with o9 Solutions.
Strong organizational skills and proven experience in developing managing processes in a fast-growing business.

Salary or Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
