The Marketing Operations Manager is a newly created role on the Crocs Americas team. This person will be responsible for project management including planning, management and execution of Americas marketing programs from product creation to marketing strategy to channel execution.  This individual will also be responsible for streamlining and managing the GTM process for Americas marketing team. If you join us, you will will work very closely with Global Project Management team, Sales Operations manager, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales teams. 
As the primary controller of collaborative pipeline + GTM management, this role will project manage from initial ideation to channel execution, ensuring integrated programs provide the consumer with an experience that engages and generates demand for our products and brand.


What You'll Do

•    Create timeline and process for Americas GTM in collaboration with Global Project Management team and Americas Commercial team. 
•    Create processes and timelines to effectively manage scope and direction of multiple marketing projects.
•    Creates timelines, and drives project management & logistical coordination between Product Management, Merchandising, Development, Legal, Marketing, Creative as well as external vendors.
•    Develop a strong rapport to enable seamless collaboration with various cross-functional teams, get a thorough understanding of the various functions and how they intersect. 
•    Manages calendar intake and assignments of upcoming projects; oversee, and document all aspects of projects.
•    Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor for completion.
•    Summarize progress and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
•    Fosters collaborative and results-driven communication across all groups to drive alignment and best practices sharing while seeking inputs that will maximize program efficacy.
•    Drives alignment with regional partners through weekly calls and daily email support, optimizes global standardization with relevant local adaptation.
•    Effectively manage Americas marketing team budgets.


What You'll Bring to the Table

•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
•    5 years of marketing or sales project management experience. 
•    Excellent time management and organization skills.
•    Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Demonstrates strong initiative; is able to begin work on projects and come to the manager with solutions, options, and recommendations. Ability to create new or improved processes. 
•    Ability to work closely with functional and cross-functional team members and strive toward a unified vision.
•    Proven agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong communication abilities, written and verbal.
•    Ability to develop, manage, and improve upon processes.
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills. High level of competency and familiarity with Workfront and/or similar project management tools

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
