Crocs is hiring a Manager, Wholesale Marketing. This individual is an expert with the athletic consumer, to join our brand marketing team! The Americas Wholesale Marketing Manager is at the forefront of driving Crocs’ wholesale marketing efforts within our Sporting Goods channel. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of seasonal campaign planning for their respective accounts including field and digital activations, media plans, tradeshows etc. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager Wholesale Marketing and work within a heavy cross functional matrix.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the implementation of Crocs marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, product launches and other key projects.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to build cohesiveness between marketing plans and in-store experience.
  • Partner closely with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure marketing plans support key product stories and deliver against shared business goals.
  • Design, build, and deliver strategic marketing presentations for internal and account-facing meetings.
  • Work with internal cross-functional partners to ensure the Wholesale Marketing team delivers a consistent and integrated brand experience and message across all account platforms.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies, ensuring a strong return on investment aligned with Crocs' digital strategies.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with wholesale accounts, including paid social, digital media, in-store activations, print, sales programs, and all other marketing activations.
  • Manage account relationships throughout various seasons, from current season execution to future season planning.
  • Oversee strategic marketing brief development and project timeline management.
  • Lead consistent feedback to cross-functional teams and review seasonal strategy of marketing plans consistently to ensure market trends are communicated.
  • Bring an endless curiosity to the sports lifestyle mindset and competitor landscape to drive connection with the explorer consumer.
  • Support the planning and execution of all Seasonal Sales Meetings.
  • Lead with a growth mindset by identifying ways to expand the business, evolve internal processes and share best practices with cross-functional partners and regional team members.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience in Marketing or Retail Marketing, preferably in footwear/apparel.
  • At least five (5) years of applicable experience in brand and retail marketing or equivalent, with a strong understanding of retail marketing.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in leading others or equivalent experience.
  • Strong presentation skills along with previous key account management experience and budget management.
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, the customer journey and visual merchandising.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated.
  • Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency, with the ability to quickly change priorities and conditions.
  • Copes effectively with complexity and change and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.

Title: Manager, Wholesale Marketing 

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
