Crocs is hiring a Manager, Visual Brand Experience to join the Marketing team under our Global Creative Studio. This position is responsible for developing and implementing product stories in key retailers and Crocs brand stores globally. The role focuses on enhancing the consumer experience, promoting brand cohesion, and improving operational efficiency by providing clear strategic direction and collaborating effectively with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising partners worldwide. This position reports to the Art Director, Global GTM within the Global Creative Studio team.
The Manager will establish global visual direction and create playbooks for different regions, as well as design and execute retail and external branded pop-ups. The role includes collaborating on the seasonal approach and appearance for Sales Meetings & Regional Engagements and developing evergreen guidelines to establish the look and feel for long-term projects.
What You'll Do
- Ideate and create seasonal in-store and window programs.
- Create a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration between Global and Regional visual merchandising teams.
- Drive the creation of seasonal directives that bring the brand’s product stories to life in Crocs brand stores & wholesale accounts.
- Maintain an updated awareness of trends in fashion and display and promote concepts and strategies which elevate the brand accordingly.
- Support Regional Visual Merchandising with bi-weekly calls.
- Support Global Merchandising, ELT, and Product Creation Team with corporate meetings and product showcases as needed.
- Establishes connections and collaborates across the creative team, regions and visual merchandising.
- Ensures brand cohesiveness through tight integration of brand with retail, wholesale, and franchise channels.
- Builds strategies and tactics that will “scale for success” across all channels and markets.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BA or BS or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, retail experience, preferably in footwear/apparel.
- At least 5+ years of applicable experience in global and brand marketing or brand creative or equivalent, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising.
- At least 2+ years of leading others.
- Ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong exposure to leveraging both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business goals.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, the customer journey and visual merchandising.
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines.
- Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency.
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Copes effectively with complexity and change.

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
