Overview
The Manager, Live Commerce & Social Innovation role for Crocs will serve as a key member of the Digital and Social Commerce organization, responsible for driving live selling, emerging social commerce channels, and innovative acquisition strategies that accelerate digital growth. This role will lead agency and platform partnerships, coordinate storytelling across cross-functional teams, and identify net-new opportunities at the intersection of content, commerce, and community.
This position will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategies are commercially sound, operationally scalable, and consistently driving the business forward. Prior hands-on experience across platforms such as TikTok Shop (including Live), Meta, and other emerging commerce-enabled channels is required. The candidate will also be responsible for prioritizing and leading teams through the flighting of key stories and live moments that advance Crocs’ broader Brand and Digital objectives.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive agency and platform partnerships across Live Selling, Social Commerce, and adjacent performance channels, ensuring best-in-class execution and innovation.
- Lead live selling and shoppable content strategies, including planning, briefing, execution, and post-live optimization to drive revenue impact.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Marketplace, Lifecycle, and GTM teams to build coordinated storytelling and touchpoint plans across always-on and tentpole moments.
- Brief and guide content development for social commerce and live channels based on product launches, promotional priorities, and cultural moments.
- Focus on foundational excellence by ensuring rigor across budget management, content flighting, campaign setup, and end-to-end delivery.
- Identify, test, and scale new channel opportunities within social commerce ecosystems, continuously evolving how Crocs shows up across emerging platforms.
- Communicate performance insights and findings in a clear, synthesized manner, supported by structured data and actionable recommendations.
- Establish and reinforce standards across Live Selling, Paid Social, and commerce-driven digital channels.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience across performance marketing, social commerce, or digital innovation, with proven exposure to live selling or shoppable media.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok (including Live), Meta, and other social platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and performance frameworks tied to revenue and profitability.
- Shown success leading large-scale programs, agencies, and cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions aligned to business objective.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and analytically thorough, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Title: Manager, Live Commerce & Social Innovation
Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
