Overview

Crocs is hiring a Manager, Global Wholesale Planning. This individual is responsible for partnering with Global Wholesale Merchandising, Global MFP, and Regional Planning & Merchandising partners to build wholesale strategies in support of revenue and brand goals. This role works cross-functionally to align on seasonal strategic direction for the channel including thoughtful segmentation and investment and market mentorship.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze account sell in and sell out trends to contribute to crafting future product strategy, as well as global segmentation strategies
  • Work closely with the Global MFP team to understand and influence seasonal plans into channel-enriched plans.
  • Maintain alignment with merchandising and commercial needs in the transition from pre-season planning to buy execution.
  • Influence regions' seasonal investments and SKU counts by channel, product category, and targeted accounts.
  • Provide both qualitative and quantitative insights at seasonal hindsight meetings and investment reviews, drawing conclusions to advise future product line architecture.
  • Participate in Monthly and Seasonal planning meetings to represent priorities related to the channel, such as Seasonal Bookings Reviews.
  • Build and present ad hoc analysis of the business as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in merchandising, planning, or demand forecasting.
  • Strong preference for consumer goods, footwear, or the fashion apparel industry, emphasis on wholesale experience.
  • Experience and success with developing plans for growth and business planning.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with BI skills a plus.
  • Provide clear, well-organized strategic direction.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority, gain agreement, and drive consensus.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience in developing and innovating processes in a fast-growing business.
  • Ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in English required.

Title: Manager, Global Wholesale Planning 

Salary or Pay Range: $117,000 - $127,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
