Overview

The Manager, Global Brand Media Ad Operations for Crocs Inc. is responsible for leading the technical execution and operational delivery of Crocs' global brand media campaigns. This person will play an integral role in ensuring flawless campaign implementation, measurement readiness, and media technology operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess deep expertise in ad serving, campaign trafficking, tag management, measurement implementation, and digital media operations. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Global Brand Media team, partnering closely with media strategy, analytics and partners to ensure campaigns launch accurately, collect the right data, and deliver actionable insights. Strong experience with ad servers, third-party tracking, and research partner integrations is critical. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead the trafficking, implementation and QA of global brand media campaigns across digital channels including display, online video, social, CTV, audio, programmatic, and retail media. 
  • Help build and scale Crocs' in-house media operations capability, developing processes, documentation, standards, and training that support operational excellence across global markets. 
  • Manage campaign setup and execution within the organization's ad serving platform, ensuring accurate deployment of creative assets, tracking tags, click trackers, and measurement solutions. 
  • Partner closely with analytics, data science, and media teams to ensure campaigns are configured properly for measurement, reporting, attribution, and optimization. 
  • Oversee third-party measurement and research partner integrations, including brand lift, survey, audience measurement, and effectiveness studies with partners such as Lucid, DISQO, Nielsen, and other research vendors. 
  • Develop and maintain trafficking standards, naming conventions, QA processes, and operational documentation to drive consistency across regions and campaigns. 
  • Monitor campaign launches and in-flight execution to ensure assets, tags, and measurement solutions are functioning properly throughout campaign lifecycles. 
  • Support innovation opportunities within the media technology ecosystem by evaluating new ad tech, measurement capabilities, and operational processes. 
  • Identify and resolve campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting discrepancies by working cross-functionally with publishers, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Communicate with international markets to ensure alignment on implementation standards, best practices, and operational requirements globally. 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Five (5)+ years of extensive experience in digital advertising operations, ad serving, campaign trafficking, or media technology. 
  • Significant experience working within ad servers such as DV360, Flashtalking, Innovid, Sizmek, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience building, scaling, or transforming ad operations functions in-house, including process development, stakeholder management, and operational governance preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising measurement, attribution methodologies, campaign tracking, and tagging infrastructure. 
  • Experience implementing and managing third-party research and measurement tags including brand lift, survey-based measurement, audience validation, and attribution partners. 
  • Deep knowledge of campaign execution across display, video, programmatic, social, audio, CTV, and retail media environments. 
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot campaign, trafficking, tagging, and reporting issues. 
  • Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating across media, analytics, technology and partners. 
  • Experience working within a matrixed global organization and building strong cross-functional partnerships. 
  • Understanding of privacy regulations, data governance, and evolving digital measurement frameworks. 
  • Knowledge of campaign reporting and media analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, consumer brands, or agency environments is preferred, but not required.

Title: Manager, Global Brand Media Ad Operations 

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
