This Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will provide comprehensive financial support to the organization. This position will partner with Global and Regional Finance members to consolidate reporting and build forecasts. In addition, this position will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including financial presentations, financial modeling & driving operational improvement. What You'll Do

  • Assist in the annual strategic planning and budget planning process that align with the long and short-term goals of Crocs and make sure timing and expectation are set with finance partners in the regions, SPC and digital commerce.
  • Develop margin analysis tools to quickly analyze and explain results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide a high-level thought process to drive improvement; recommend solutions and implement standard processes to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure.
  • Implement standard processes for the Crocs Brand planning and forecasting function as well as the broader FP&A function.
  • Review financials compared to budget, forecast, and prior year and identify trends affecting business performance.
  • Track performance on an ongoing basis from a top and bottom-line perspective.
  • Assist with periodic financial projections through contact with business and analysis of underlying run rates.
  • Support the development of accurate SG&A budgets and forecast and identify savings opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication within team and coordination with international offices and other departments.
  • Help develop presentation quality deliverables to Finance and Business leadership.
  • Partner in the preparation of the monthly reporting package and variance analysis to executive management and other partners.
  • Initiate discussions and oversee the development of analyses to support company initiatives and/or financial decisions.
  • Provide analytical support, business analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Conduct special project work as needed. 
  • Encourage, lead, develop and continue to mentor and build an effective FP&A team.
  • Ability to operate as an effective, tactical, and strategic thinker.
  • Collaborate with teams and leaders in the finance organization.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience preferred; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Finance role .
  • 2+ years’ experience leading others.
  • Consumer products or specialty retail experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports, statements and projections.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and profitability analysis.
  • Small and large project/program orientation.
  • Ability to empower teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously handle several projects.
  • Outstanding written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively.
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic problem solver.
  • Superior leadership skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.

Title: Manager, FP&A 

Salary or Pay Range: $113,500-$123,500  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
