Overview
The Manager, Digital Product Management is an eCommerce technology authority who will improve the product management activities of our global digital delivery team. In this enterprise role you will be a key member of the team protecting the Crocs Inc brands (Crocs and HEYDUDE). The primary responsibility for this person will be to steward the continued growth and development of the brand’s global ecommerce platforms, vendor management, and technical delivery teams.
The strategic and results-driven Manager of Digital Product Management will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our foundational technology initiatives. This role is critical in future-proofing our digital ecosystem and scaling core platforms to support business growth. You will work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Product, Marketing and Digital (design, development, operations, and business teams) to build and optimize scalable, resilient, and high-performing digital infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how we collect, analyze, and act on digital data, directly impacting business decisions and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive a long-term strategy for foundational technology that supports business growth and innovation.
- Identify and implement scalable architectures, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructures that enhance agility and performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology, specifically headless and composable, to ensure our platforms remain competitive and adaptable.
- Develop a roadmap that balances short-term execution with long-term scalability and business impact.
- Lead digital cross-functional teams in the development and optimization of core technology platforms, OMS, PIM, DAM, HD Re-platform.
- Ensure foundational systems are secure, reliable, and high-performing while supporting evolving business needs.
- Drive agile product development methodologies and processes, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous improvement within the digital delivery team.
- Partner with development and operations to implement best practices for DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as permanent technology product.
- Inspire and align teams around a shared vision for digital transformation and foundational technology.
- Effectively engage and influence senior leadership, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear, business-driven manner.
- Champion change management and digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and develop product managers, empowering them to take ownership and drive strategic initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and removing execution roadblocks.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, IT, Finance, D&L, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Communicate technology strategies effectively to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring foundational technology investments deliver tangible business value.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of strong proven history of working closely with business operations to identify business opportunities and requirements and deliver measurable products and features that meet those needs in a role as a Product Owner and Project
- Manager in a software development /e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of APIs, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.
- Experience with Agile or other modern product development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Passion for driving innovation and building scalable technology ecosystems.

Title: Manager, Digital Product Management
Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $115,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
