Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Digital Planning. The Manager, Digital Planning will lead our digital Key Account and Demand Planning team members in developing and building strategies to achieve yearly revenue, sell thru and profitability goals. The role is highly interactive with multiple contacts including regional planning directors, sales team, merchants, marketing, as well as finance, supply and inventory planning leads.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure Team Creates timely, accurate and responsible material level channel and account forecasts.
  • Review digital account forecasts using sales trend analysis to determine most profitable assortments.
  • Evaluate final channel demand projections vs. revenue targets and any associated risks/opportunities.
  • Collaborate between sales, finance, and merchandising teams to drive revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monthly and seasonal analysis of actual performance vs. the forecast including demand reviews and S&OP direction.
  • Support building AOP and quarterly LE revenue assumptions for Digital accounts with commercial sales lead and finance.
  • Review monthly OTB projections and collaborate with sales directors and merchandise lead to determine account specific WOH targets and risks to forward plan based on sell thru assumptions and assortment segmentation.
  • Provide sell thru data and classification performance to MFP regional planners in driving top - down planning strategies.
  • Review ladders for key strategic growth materials ensuring appropriate in stock position by enhancing new systemic capabilities and safety stock drivers.
  • Executive and Non-Executive reporting providing direction and overview of plans, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead new organization structure to excellence.
  • Direct cultural shift to data driven decision making.
  • Leverage forecast accuracy and consumer metrics to drive improvements.
  • Work with team on building process and standard methodologies for new 09 system implementation of Demand, OTB, KA and all other future modules.
  • Continued migration to BI reporting while standardizing and streamlining our communication model.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5+ years in planning OTB / Demand within a digital environment; highly desirable to be within an Omni Channel setting particularly in the apparel / footwear business. Direct-to-consumer experience preferred, preferably in ecommerce.
  • At least 2+ years of leading others.
  • OTB and Demand Planning Experience is required.
  • Understanding of Digital Customer experience and key players (Amazon, Zappos).
  • Understanding of demand, supply, service, and other S&OP / IBP principals.
  • Strong analytical capabilities using both systemic and Excel based tools.
  • Validated experience communicating highly involved analytical work to less analytical problem solvers.
  • Strong social skills shown in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Extensive experience using Excel, Power BI a plus.

Title: Manager, Digital Planning 

Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
