The Global Marketing Operations team within Crocs is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing Operations. This teammate will assist in the coordination, tracking, and execution of Digital Marketing projects as well as management of the Global Marketing Budget.  Working in partnership with global and regional marketing, VPs and Directors, the Manager will be responsible for cross-channel communication to ensure all milestones are met and the budget is managed according to the brand’s strategic priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the global marketing budget to improve financial controls, spend management and budget planning process.
  • Collaborate with finance in monthly P&L reconciliation and presenting monthly financial analysis to marketing leadership.
  • Responsible for management of the corporate marketing budget; and optimization of the marketing budgeting process, ensure budget is aligned to strategic priorities and most efficient allocation of resources
  • Partner with the Director, Global Marketing Operations and VP of Digital to ensure processes, meetings and tools drive marketing operational efficiency and effectiveness and aligns to supporting the brand’s strategic growth plan. 
  • Drive the adoption of marketing tools and processes with cross-functional partners and regional marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of brand’s marketing calendar, understanding when briefs are due, driving timeline with marketing, creative and agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional project-based meetings; route work for internal approvals; communicate timelines, changes in scope and project status to regional and channel partners
  • Manage, develop, train and actively coach digital operations project manager

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10+ years of solid marketing operations experience including a track record of effectively managing a budget, implementing processes, delivering projects in a fast-moving environment on time and within budget
  • Strong process change management and process implementation experience.
  • Project management experience with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize; operates with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership, experience leading large cross-functional teams and regional teams.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate with all levels of seniority in an effective and professional manner.
  • Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality.
  • Hands on experience working in a project management system.
  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
