Overview
The Manager, Digital Analytics will be responsible for delivering the design, analysis, reporting, and insights for global testing initiatives, including but not limited to product assortment, pricing, and promotion. In collaboration with relevant teams, the Manager will support development and implementation of global testing frameworks and methodologies. This person's work will be beneficial to both of our Brands as the Analytics team supports the company as an Enterprise function of Crocs Inc.
What You'll Do
- Design and implementation of testing methodologies built to provide key information, such as incremental impact, to leadership and stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with the category, planning, merchandising, marketing, and finance teams to understand business objectives and translate into actionable test designs, analyses, and measurement plans.
- Conduct data analysis including hypothesis testing, power and time to significance calculations, statistical inference, and advanced statistical analysis (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning).
- Deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Blend disparate data sources to support analyses and dashboards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Social Science, Information Systems, or a related subject area
- 4+ years of analytics or related experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool a plus
- Experience with test design (e.g., A/B), execution, and control methodologies
- Experience in data analysis and visualization: Knowledge of data exploration, preprocessing methods, descriptive statistics, and predictive statistics
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions to technical and non-technical audiences alike
- A balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong judgement and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Travel Requirements: Periodic travel to regional offices and conferences - 5%

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
