Overview

The Global Marketing Operations team within Crocs is seeking a Manager, Creative Operations to assist in the coordination, tracking and execution of Creative projects. Working in partnership with global and regional marketing, VPs and Directors, the Manager will be responsible for cross-channel communication and resource management to ensure all timelines are met.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure best allocation of time and creative resources among all of the organization’s priorities to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Resolve issues and roadblocks that may arise to keep timing and quality of work on track
  • Assess available creative personnel against current workload; develop timelines and negotiate priorities to allocate resources towards requests
  • Oversee creative workflows and processes, while continuously looking for ways to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement tools to streamline operations
  • Foster ongoing clear communication and relationship building with teams to ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship
  • Assist in managing the department’s budget, invoicing, and agency resources
  • Generate reports for department managers on team performance, time evaluations, resource availability and department bandwidth
  • Partner with the Director, Global Marketing Operations and VP of Creative to ensure processes, meetings and tools drive marketing operational efficiency and effectiveness and aligns to supporting the brand’s strategic growth plan. 
  • Deep understanding of brand’s marketing calendar, understanding when briefs are due, driving timeline with marketing, creative and agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional project-based meetings; route work for internal approvals; communicate timelines, changes in scope and project status to regional and channel partners
  • Manage, develop, train and actively coach a team of project managers

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10+ years of solid marketing operations experience including a track record of effectively implementing processes, delivering projects in a fast-moving environment on time and within budget
  • Strong process change management and process implementation experience.
  • Project management experience with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize; operates with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership, experience leading large cross-functional teams and regional teams.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate with all levels of seniority in an effective and professional manner.
  • Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality.
  • Hands on experience working in a project management system.
  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
