We are looking for a Coordinator, Global Licensing who is an agile teammate to join us in bringing consumer-first licensed product to the evolving global marketplace. This is a full-time position.  

 

JOB MISSION 

As Coordinator, Global Licensing, you will support execution of the global licensed line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand.  This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple internal functions and external licensors. You will utilize effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills to support the product creation and licensed operations process from end-to-end with a focus on Jibbitz charms.  

What You'll Do

  • Jibbitz specific: 
  • Lead licensed Jibbitz product process from creative brief, licensor approvals, and coordination with internal teams.  
  • Organize, submit, and track pre-production and final samples for Jibbitz.  
  • Work with multiple licensors for product approvals and communication 
  • Ownership of licensed Jibbitz SKUs and data integrity in Centric 
  • Support licensing team with vendor set-up and issue PO’s as necessary for external vendors  
  • Own contract sample maintenance and tracking  
  • Assist team with sample room maintenance and seasonal milestone deck curation/preparation   

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1-2 years product line management or project management experience (will be interfacing with 30+ licensors at a time). 
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines 
  • Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively 
  • Desire to hone analytical skills and an actioned-oriented approach to data  
  • Must have strong Excel skills 
  • Be open to learning new data systems and tools (i.e. Centric and PowerBI)

Salary or Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
