Overview

Crocs is looking for a communications leader with outstanding organizational skills to be a Manger on our Internal Communications Team! Based in the enterprise Global Communications team, this role is responsible for oversight of our global editorial calendars for key business stakeholders, producing events across multiple locations, and development (writing, editing, and distributing) of valuable employee communications across all our communications channels. Candidates must be able to balance the flow of communications across multiple departments and brands and be able to collaborate comfortably with our internal stakeholders at various levels across the enterprise, including leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation + SharePoint Oversight
  • Build captivating employee content consistent with the appropriate voice and tone for the Crocs, Inc. enterprise and its brands (Crocs + HEYDUDE).
  • Effectively interact with key stakeholder groups as well as our global workforce to ensure important employee resources are just a click away, while keeping our employees up to date on upcoming initiatives and programs.
  • Help us level-up our internal communications channels and processes, supporting and enhancing employee engagement for Crocs, Inc. through fun events, newsletters, digital marketing and more.
  • Global Internal Communications Editorial Calendar Management
  • Manage our Internal Communications editorial calendars for key business groups and regions.
  • Keep messaging organized and flowing efficiently for our key stakeholder groups (including Global Marketing, HR, IT, and ESG).
  • Accountable for process development, training and oversight for internal communications, as well as proactive communications planning for each group.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Internal Communications for a global organization
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact independently with internal customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, OneDrive or other relevant collaboration tools
  • Desire to grow your knowledge of corporate communications and intranet management on a global scale
  • Proficient in Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop or relevant digital editing software
  • Regular domestic travel will be requested of this position.

Title: Internal Communications Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000-$115,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
