Overview
As the Product Development Intern, you will help build our physical libraries for both product materials and R&D projects. You will help tie the physical library to our electronic database in Centric, ensuring alignment between physical assets and their digital representation. By the end of the internship, expected outcomes include complete physical libraries, corresponding electronic representation, clear documentation, and training delivered to the broader team. In this role, you’ll support the Product Development team throughout the development lifecycle, gaining hands‑on exposure to materials, construction, fit, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration. This internship is designed for early‑career candidates who are curious, detail‑oriented, and excited to learn how great products are built.

What You'll Do

- Support the Product Development team in bringing footwear concepts through the development process, from early samples to final production readiness.
- Assist with tracking samples, updates, and feedback across multiple development stages.
- Learn about footwear construction, materials, tooling, and fit through hands‑on exposure and mentorship.
- Help maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in product development documentation and systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including Design, Product Line Management, Materials, and Manufacturing.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE
- Pursuing a degree in Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Comfort working with basic documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate (2026)
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions

Salary or Pay Range: $24 - $26 per hour
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
