Overview
As a Personalization Design Intern, you’ll be part of a future‑focused creative exploration, uncovering new design white space across key categories and leveraging AI‑powered 3D tools to envision what’s next. Through experimentation with form, material, color, and modularity, the intern will use AI to generate and evolve 3D concepts quickly. Working closely with the team, they will translate emerging ideas into expressive, brand‑aligned concepts that balance creativity with speed.

What You'll Do

- Support the Personalization and Design teams with concepts, graphics, renderings, and mockups for customizable product experiences.
- Work on one summer personalization project with guidance from Design Leadership and mentors.
- Learn the basics of product design and personalization through real projects and feedback.
- Help maintain design quality and attention to detail throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and partners across teams to bring ideas to life.
- Share your ideas, creativity, and point of view. We value fresh perspectives and curiosity.
- Build new design skills and tools while learning how a global brand approaches personalization.
What You'll Bring to the Table

- Ability to collaborate, communicate ideas, and stay organized while working on projects.
YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE
- Pursuing a degree in Design (Industrial, Graphic, Product), or related field
- A portfolio that shows your creativity, thinking process, and design fundamentals (student work is welcome).
- Passion for personalization, footwear, culture, and creativity.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excitement about learning, experimenting, and contributing to a fast‑paced creative team.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate (2026)
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions

Title: Intern - Personalization Design
Salary or Pay Range: $24 - $26 per hour
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
